Frequently asked questions
How much does ConceptCore Academy cost in total?
Tuition breaks down across three years: Year 1 is €11,500, Year 2 is 15,000 euros, and Year 3 is 15,000 euros, for a total of 41,500 euros across the full program. This covers all admin fees, access to professional workstations, high-end GPU rigs, drawing tablets, and every software license including the full Adobe suite. There are no hidden costs.
How much does it cost to live in Paris as a student?
Realistically, budget around 1,000 to 1,450 euros per month. Housing runs 600 to 1,000 euros depending on the setup. A monthly all-zones transit pass is about 38 euros, and considerably less for students under 26 with the Imagine R pass. Food and daily expenses average 300 to 400 euros. International students are also eligible for APL, French government housing aid worth 150 to 250 euros per month paid directly by the state.
Are payment plans available?
Three options are available. Annual (single payment with a discount), quarterly in September, December, and March, or monthly over 10 instalments across the school year. A 20% deposit secures your place after admission and is deducted from the first payment.
Is ConceptCore taught in English or French?
All courses are taught entirely in English. The program is built for a global student body and no French is required to study or follow the curriculum. Learning some French is worth it while living in Paris, but it is not a condition for anything.
What equipment do I need to bring?
On-site students have full access to professional workstations, GPU rigs, and drawing tablets at the school. All hardware is provided and included in tuition. Every software license including the full Adobe Creative Suite is covered. Online students remotely access a dedicated physical workstation at the school in Paris, so there is no need to run anything locally on a personal machine.
What visa do I need as a non-EU student?
The full on-site program in Paris requires a long-stay student visa. ConceptCore provides step-by-step guidance for both short-stay and long-stay visa applications, including all documentation required. The team has supported many international students through this process and students do not navigate it alone.
